I might be wrong, but it really seems like the AN fittings were listed incorrectly. I double-checked my fuel setup because I thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but the thread pitch just didn’t match at all. Frustrating when you’re trying to get everything together.

I wasn’t too happy with how the refund process went with PitStopUSA. I had to follow up more than once, and it felt like the issue wasn’t moving along as quickly as it should have. Support did respond, but the small details about when the refund would actually be processed weren’t very clear, which made the whole thing frustrating. I did eventually get it sorted, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected.

I stopped in hoping to grab a few things, but the selection felt limited. I’d say I found maybe one or two items that were close to what I needed, but not really enough to make the trip worth it

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
I ordered the parts because the site said they were in stock, and I kind of needed them quickly since my car was already taken apart. A few days later I got told they weren’t actually available and I’d have to wait. Maybe I should’ve called first to double-check, but if the website shows something in stock, I expect that to be accurate before taking the order. Frustrating situation
"Fitment info wasn’t right for my order"
Not saying this happens to everybody, but for my car the fitment info on Pit Stop USA was wrong. I was checking the site and it says the part should fit, so I went ahead and ordered it.
When it showed up, I try to install it and it just didn’t line up right. It wasn’t one of those small adjustment things either, it was clearly not the right fit for my car.
Maybe I should of looked into it more before buying, but the whole reason I used the fitment guide was to avoid this exact problem. Annoying experience, and I probably won’t be ordering from them again

"Shipping should’ve been handled better"
I ordered a few parts from pitstopusa.com, checkout was the only part that didn’t annoy me. I got the tracking email, but then it just sat there doing basically nothing for longer than it should have. That’s on them, because if you’re going to send tracking, at least make sure the package is actually moving.
The box did show up in good shape and the order was correct, so I’ll give them that. But the shipping was slow and the updates were not clear, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to get their shipping act together.

The box looked like it had been through a lot when it arrived, like seriously crushed. Luckily the parts inside were fine, but the Packaging was bad.

"Helpful, but it took a bit"
I had to email them twice before I actually got a clear answer about my order, which was annoying. The first response felt kind of canned, like it wasn't really answering what I asked.
That said, they did end up helping me, and the person who finally got back to me was polite. It wasn't nothing terrible, just not as quick as I was expecting

"Not gonna lie, the return process was frustrating"
Not gonna lie, trying to exchange a part ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t super clear, and I still had to cover return shipping. It kind of felt like once they had my money, helping me wasn’t much of a priority

"Just had a bad feeling about the tracking"
I placed my order and then basically got left in the dark. The tracking showed up late, and even then it didn’t seem to update properly. I kept checking it myself, but i still had no real idea where my package was. My gut feeling the whole time was that something was off. The order did not feel well managed, and the communication definitely needs work

I tried looking for parts on Pit Stop and it was frustrating. The pages felt cluttered, the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected, and checkout just made things more confusing. I felt kind of pressured to just hurry up and figure it out, but after wasting enough time, I gave up.

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I was disappointed because after I ordered I started seeing the same parts for less on other sites, and then with the shipping added on top it just felt like the price got way out of hand really fast, so for me it definitely wasn’t worth it.

I really wanted this to work out, but the part felt kind of cheap right away. It didn’t fit quite like it should have, and it started showing wear much sooner than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it does make you wonder how much attention went into the quality.
